A. Jerk Complex

Every 2:00 for 16:00 (8 Sets)

Pause in dip(3 sec)+Split Jerk+Pause in Split

Set 1-3: x3 (65-70%)

Set 4-6: x2 (70-75%)

Set 7-8: x1 (80%+)

 

B. AMRAP 10:00

10 Hang Power Cleans (115/75)

8 Front Rack Lunge

6 Push Press
