100m Suitcase Carry

Part B:

3 rounds

-Against a 4 minute Clock-

25 KB Swings(53/35)

400m Run

AMRAP Double unders

*Rest 2 minutes

*score is total Double unders for all rounds

*athletes must get a minimum of 10 Double unders(30 singles) in a round or a 10 burpee penalty is assessed after the workout is complete.
