A) 3 Position Snatch

Every :90 for 8 sets  @70-75% (power or full)

*Pause for 3 sec in each position before snatching

 

B) AMRAP 20

30 Pull-ups

20 Power snatch

10 Bar Facing burpees

 

Rx: Round 1 – 95/65

Round 2 – 115/80

Round 3 – 135/95

Round 4 – 155/105

Round 5 – 185/135
