Hey guys,

Below is the workout we will be doing for the PR for Pat Fundraiser. Below that, is the scaled version we have come up with so that everyone is on the same page and things can run as smoothly as possible.

It’s gonna be hard. But today we aren’t just here to go through the motions. It’s a fight.
