    Awesome job to everyone who made it into the 630 class tonight!
    Worked up to 95# hang power snatch and stayed there for a few sets just work on the movement
    WOD: 10:03 RX This was a sneaky one….. curse you double unders!! Thanks Yosh and Andrew for the push
