So far we have received an awesome following for the 2015 CrossFit Open. I am super excited for all of us! We are 4 days away from the first WOD announcement so I wanted to share some more details about how it all works:

Every Thursday evening at 8pm a workout is released. You then have until the following Monday (by 8pm), to perform and submit your scores This will go on for approximately 5 weeks. There will also be a Scaled version of the Workout that will be released to make it as accessible as possible for anyone to participate. There is no reason not to try!

Here are the dates:

15.1: Feb. 26 -March 2
15.2: March 5-9
15.3: March 12-16
15.4: March 19-23
15.5: March 26-30

The main page (games..com), will have all the details necessary for you to complete the workout.

Our plan as a gym is to allow one day during the week for those who are competing, to come in as a group and perform the workout and be judged. Saturday’s from 12p-2p will be reserved for said Competitors. (*note* this is NOT Open Gym time). If you have signed up to compete, please try and make the Saturdays. If you absolutely cannot participate in any one of the Saturday afternoons, then we can make other arrangements so that you can get the WOD in and still have time to submit your score. And as always, friends and family are welcome to come and watch!!! It’s and awesome time guys. Think of it as a 5 week Sports Season, where each Saturday is the Throwdown!
