Partner WOD – 1 partner rows while other holds double KB front rack.  Partner who is rowing MUST complete entire distance and partners MUST switch after each distance.

* Non-rowing partner holds double KB front rack (53/35). 5 Burpee penalty for each partner every time the KB are sat down, including at the end of each row.
