A2) Ring Fallouts 10-10-10-10

 

WOD

5x

10 Front Squats (115/85)

:30 rest

10 Heavy Swings

:30 rest

10 Push Press

:30 rest

10 Cal row

* Rest 1:00 between rounds

ADV- 135#/105 #

Front Squats are taken from the floor. Same weight will be used for Push press, also taken from floor. Push to make all sets unbroken. No reason to put the Bar/Bell/Row down. Go hard!
