Accumulate 3 minutes

Bar Hang

*every time you break run 100m.

*6 minute Cap

Part B:

AMRAP25

Teams of 3

Partner A: Run 400m

Partner B: Max Calorie Bike/Row

Partner C: AMRAP

5 DB Clean and Jerks

5 Burpees

5 Box Jump Overs(24/20)

*teams rotate stations when partner A returns from the run.

Part C:

5-7 minutes of upper body lax ball mobility work
