Risky Business

There are already 28 people officially signed up to participate in the whole life challenge starting next Saturday May 3rd. This is really going to be an incredible experience and for those of you who choose to stay the course with your training and the challenge, I can absolutely guarantee, that you will finish this in the best shape of your life and with a new perspective on your fitness and health.

I do want to dispel a concern that I’ve heard some people share. If you have a “cheat” which is non-compliant with the challenge such as a glass of wine at a wedding, or a slice cake at birthday party, you simply lose points, the game is not over for you. Very few people complete the entire 8 weeks without cheats and cheat meals are actually built into the game’s point system. This is not a deprivation diet. Its about healthy food choices.

I’ve also had some people say that they couldn’t possible live without (fill in the blank) for 60 days. Whether this is sugar, alcohol, cheese or pasta, I would simply ask you this question: If there is any substance that you can’t possibly exist without for 60 days then shouldn’t your relationship to that substance be examined more closely? The only things standing in your way is fear….6 more days to left to sign up. Lets do this.
