max unbroken pull-ups

*each time you break run 100m

*if you scale pull-ups with bands or rings rows just do 10 pull-ups/200m run

*score is total pull-ups

Part B:

15 minutes to establish a 5rm Bench Press

Part C :

AMRAP10

10 Dumbbell walking lunge(50/40)

10 Dumbbell Snatch

10 Burpees
