Workin’ on a mystery, goin’ wherever it leads

 

For Time:

1 Mile Run

60 Abmat Sit-ups

50 Kettlebell Swings (70/53)

40 Burpees

30 Pull-ups

20 V-Ups

10 HSPU

*Record two times, the time it takes you to complete the mile run and the time it takes you to complete everything INCLUDING the mile run. There is no break between the mile run and the rest of the workout.

ADV- Wear a weight vest
