15 minutes to complete

Bench Press

5-5-3-3-1-1

*superset in between with a set of max bodyweight chin ups(scaled athletes do 6 negatives)

Part B:

AMRAP15

8 Toes to Bar

8 Overhead Walking lunge(45/35)

8 Burpees to Plate

8 Box Jumps(30/24)

Part C:

100 Abmat sit ups

*every 25 reps 30s plank hold(including at the end)
