Sabretooth

Part A:

Grid Thruster Challenge:

10 minutes to find your combined team 1RM Thruster

*Barbell may be taken off the rack. One barbell per team. Only one person may be on the floor at a time. The other athletes must remain on the turf until they are tagged in. Teammates may attempt as many times as they choose in the 10 minutes. 

Part B:

 CFCC Grid Showdown
100 wallballs
100 T2B
100 KB swings (53/35)
100 Box Jumps (24″/20″)
100 S2OH (75/55)
100 Bar Facing Burpees
Only one person can be on the floor working at a time. All other members must remain on the turf at all times
Each team only gets one barbell. (35# with 2 sets of 10). If a man proceeds a female in s2oh they must change out the plates. S2oh may be scaled to empty bar

30 minute time cap
