With the increase in temperature I just wanted to bring a topic to everyone’s attention. WATER.
Many of you who are participating in the Whole Life Challenge can place a certain amount of value towards this. Those of you who are not avid Water drinkers, I highly suggest implementing it into your daily routine. Not only will it keep your energy levels balanced throughout the day, it also acts as a bath for your cells and will help keep your organs in good working order. Dehydration can greatly affect how we perform during exercise as well, it’s a huge culprit for dizziness, fatigue, as well as headaches.
If you have a hard time keeping water consumption high, try keeping a water bottle around at all times and fill it up regularly. Ask those who went through their H2O week on the Whole Life Challenge, for tips and pointers.
