Shotgun Start

A. “Shotgun”

50 Burpees for time (Zoom at 9:00 AM for this start to the week)

 

5 Sets (Zoom at 5:30 PM will focus here)

B1. 10 Horizontal Row (video for set up on facebook, can sub bent over row)

B2. 10 Prone Behind the neck press

B3. 10 Bent Over Fly (15-20 band pull apart)

 

C. Accumulate 2:00 Side Plank/each side
