Goblet Cossack Squat to Squat to Cossack Squat

1 + 1 + 1 x 5

(so cossack on one side, goblet squat, and cossack on the other side would count as one rep–5×5 of that)

 

B. 3 Rounds for Time

60 Jumping Jacks (double Unders)

30 Single Arm Snatch (15/side)
