Part A:

15 minutes to complete

Bench Press

6-6-6-6

*immediately after each set of Bench Press perform a set of max unbroken bodyweight chin-ups. Scaled athletes do negatives.

Part B:

3 rounds

400m Run

25 Wallballs(20/14)

200ft Farmer’s Carry(70/53)

*aim to do all sets of wallballs unbroken

Part C:

3 rounds

60s Plank Hold

30s Rest
