*This is a test of pure work capacity. Goal is to perform the workout as an EMOTM for as long as possible.  To do well in the Open athletes should be able to perform 10+ rounds EMOTM, to do well in Regionals 13+ rounds, and to perform at the Games athletes should be able to get 16+ rounds .  When you can no longer perform as an EMOTM, finish workout as an AMRAP. Final score will be the total number of rounds performed as an EMOTM + # of reps performed as an AMRAP. Scale movements so that they’re light. Possibly scale to 5 reps of each.
