Snatch and Slam

A couple of orders of business leading into the week. First off, thanks to all who came today to the Double under tutorial, word on the street was that it was both well attended and there was a lot of improvement on this difficult move. In keeping with our skill development we will be offering another Tutorial, this time Coach Candy, a former college rower, will cover the basics of rowing this coming Easter Sunday at 11am. It will last about 15 minutes with a brief rowing workout at the end. I hope many of you can attend to become more efficient in this important movement.

Secondly,  big congrats to Yosh, who smashed his former PR’s at a meet today in Connecticut. Of note, he Snatched 95Kg for a Meet PR. Great job buddy, we’re all impressed by your hard work and dedication. Next up the American Open!!

Lastly, we begin the week with a the Hang Power Snatch, which will allow many of us to work on the tricky extension portion of this complicated lift. Let’s get after it..
