Social Solidarity

By Nate Gagnon | In News & Events, WOD | on March 16, 2020

*A note to all members from the Head Coach*

In light of the rapidly evolving situation regarding the spread of Coronavirus in Massachusetts and around the globe, we have decided it is our civic duty to close the gym for at least the next two weeks. Our current goal is to be open on 3/30 and we will obviously be monitoring the situation very closely while following state and national health guidelines on the matter.

In the meantime, Jackson and I will be providing daily programming to the website. This will include WODs, mobility work, and outdoor workouts. In addition, you will still be able to use your BodyScapes membership to get a workout in. I also encourage you to engage with the members facebook page and Instagram to let your fellow community members know how you’re staying fit. I will be posting my own activity. Jackson and I will be available all week for phone, video or email chats to scale these workouts either up or down depending on your needs and to coach you in any of other areas you might need.

CFCC is first and foremost a community. We have served the greater Brookline area for over six years and have helped hundreds of people reclaim their health and sharpen their fitness. We have seen lifelong friendships forged here. We have helped dozens of women through pregnancies and even seen a few members get married. Like all communities we are greater than the sum of our parts and we have every intention of continuing this tradition for many years to come. That said we are also a small local business and we simply ask for your patience and support during this difficult time by keeping your memberships active to insure that when this virus passes, and it inevitably will, that our community is in intact.

Please feel free to reach out to either Jackson or myself if you have any questions.

In Health,

Nate, Jackson, and the Coaches of CFCC
