A1. Bounding Broad Jump x 5

A2. Single Leg Tuck Jump x 6 each leg (take off and land same foot; if you have a box, can sub single leg box jump)

 

B.

5 x 50m Sprint

5 x 100m Sprint

5 x 200m Sprint

Rest as needed between sets

 

C. Hamstring 1:00-2:00 Side

Samson Stretch 1:00-2:00 Side

Calf Stretch 1:00-2:00 Side
