A. 20 Minutes to Find Heavy

Halting Clean (pause below and above knee) + Hang Clean + Front Squat

1+1+1

*All intended to be squat cleans

 

B. AMRAP 12

3 Hang Power Clean (135/95)

3 Front Squat

100m Run

6 Hang Power Clean

6 Front Squat

100m Run

9,9, 100m… Cleans and Squats keep going up by 3, Runs stay at 100m

 

C. Tabata

Glute Bridge w/ band around knees
