Staying Earnest

About a month has gone by now since the start of our Goals Board. It’s awesome to see it filled up with everything from Pull-ups to Muscle Ups. With September now in full swing, I want to remind everyone to continue to work towards these goals. Don’t just leave it up there to collect dust. Next time you come in it will be wiped clean. If you are going to continue with the same Goal then write it down again. Make them specific and measurable. Hold yourself accountable and let’s keep knocking these down! Some notable mentions from August:

Mark Shim- Successfully Power Cleaned 185#

Brandon Smith- Successfully PR’d his Snatch with a 190# lift

Jackie Smith- Successfully performed 10 consecutive Double Unders

Alex Connors- Successfully completed 10 unbroken Strict Pull-ups
