A. Strict Press

Build to an 8RM in 10:00

 

B. 4 x 6 at weight you hit in part A

*If you hit failure, take weight off as needed to hit heavy sets of 6

 

C. 4 Rounds for Time

40 Double Unders

20 Push Ups

20 Box Step Over (50/35) (20/20)

 

Suggested Supplemental: 3 x 10 DB Curl + Press

Suggested Recovery: 2:00 Doorway pec stretch
