***As of 8:00 Saturday night, we are planning on running classes as normal. If there is an extreme turn in the storm tomorrow morning, we could still have the schedule altered. Everyone stay safe!***

Bootcamp:

A) 4 rounds:
8 RFESS/leg
1 length bear crawl fwd/ 1 length reverse
FMS supine squats

B) Emom 14:
5 devils press, 2 shuttle sprints
10 kb dl, fw x2

C) Isolated hamstring crossover stretch 90s/side

Fundamentals:

A) Back squat 5×4
-superset with banded face pulls-

B) “Tabata this”
Tabata row
Tabata air squats
Tabata pull ups
Tabata push ups
Tabata sit ups

C) 3×20 bodysaw
