Part A:

15 minutes to complete:

Sumo Deadlift

4×2

*work up to a heavy double and hit all 4 sets at the same weight. Rest no more than 2 minutes between each set.

Part B:

“Jerry”

For Time:

1 Mile Run

2K Row

1 Mile Run

*athletes who can’t run should Row 5K

*this is a Hero WOD. You should make an effort to push yourself hard on all 3 pieces.

*if it takes you over 20 minutes to complete the first run and the row combined, scale the second run to 800m.

Part C:

3 rounds

45s Plank Hold

15s Rest
