then 3 Sets

B1. Bench Press x 3 80-85% (No tempo, focus on bar speed)

B2. Ballistic Push Up x 6

B3. Med Ball Chest Pass x 8

 

C. AMRAP 10:00

5 Strict Pull Up

10 Push Up

15 Hollow Rock

 

D. Tabata Row for Max Meters
