-one partner at a time-

Part A:

AMRAP8

Max Farmers Carry(70/53)

*Score is total distance(passes) covered by both partners in 8 minutes

*KBs must not touch the floor for the entire 8 minutes. Each time they do, both members receive a 5 burpee penalty at the end.

 Part B:

AMRAP25

12 Calorie Row

12 Medball Cleans(20/14)

100m Sprint w/Medball

Part C:

5-7 minutes of Lax Ball soft tissue work. Serratus, Scap, Delt, Pec
