Sudden Death

Part A:

Back Squat

3-3-3-3+

*superset with 10 back to wall shoulder flexion drills

Part B:

3 rounds

Against a 4 minute clock:

20 Wallballs(20/14)

Run 400m

amrap burpee box jumps(24/20)

*rest 3 minutes

*score is total burpee box jumps

Part C:

5 minutes of focused soft tissue work with foam roller.
