Bootcamp:

A) For time:
25 pull ups
400m run
25 thrusters
800m run
25 thrusters
400m run
25 pull ups

B) 3 rounds:
10 Z press
Full length walking lunges
Bear crawl w/ weight

Fundamentals:

A) Bench Press 5×6

B) EMOM 20:
Odds: 7 pull ups, 7 push ups
Evens: 100m run

C) 3 rounds, each 1 min:
Ab mat sit ups w/ wall ball shot
Handstand shoulder taps
Plank hold
