Super Bowl Sunday

BOOTCAMP:

First Quarter – 6 min AMRAP:
15 wall balls (20/14)
Max hand-release push ups (can only rest at top in high plank)
20 OHWL (45/25)

**1 min rest**

Second Quarter – 6 min AMRAP:
5 hang power cleans (95/65)
Max KB swings (53/35) (when you stop swinging)
25 knees to chest

Half time – 3 min rest

Third Quarter – 6 min AMRAP:
10 burpees
Max pull ups (when you come off the bar)
15 air squats

**1 min rest**

Fourth quarter – 6 min AMRAP:
5 strict press (95/65)
Max double under (when you trip up move on)
20 lateral hops over bar

FUNDAMENTALS:

A) 15 min to work on hang power cleans

B) Super Bowl AMRAP 25:

(Patriots)
Brady: 12 hang power cleans
Edelman: 11 pull ups
Gronkowski: 87 double unders

(Rams)
Goff: 16 push ups
Gurley: 30 air squats
Anderson: 35 sit ups
