Teams of 2. One partner completes a round at a time:
Part A:
AMRAP15
5 Deadlifts(155/115)
10 Burpees
15 Wallballs(20/14)
Rest 5 minutes
Part B:
Team must then Complete the same amount of Rounds and Reps from Part A for time.
*For every 30 seconds over 15 minutes the team goes for Part B assess 10 burpee penalty
