Harvard Stadium Workout

– Anyone who wants to meet with a group, gather at 10am!!!!-

Warm-up: 2 laps around the field

Then

1 rounds of each:
Downdog-updog x5
Spidermans x5e
Scorpions-legovers x3e

15 yards each:
Quad pull- lunge and reach
Sweep- Kick
Figure 4- lateral lunge
Knee hug – lunge and twist

Dynamic 15 yards each:
Jog down – backpedal back
Side shuffle down and back
Carioca down and back
High knee down- butt kicks back
Open the gate down – close the gate back
Skip for height down – skip for distance back
Jog down – sprint back x3

 

A) Workout 1 (Individual Option):

Go to Harvard Stadium
Run up the big steps
Run down the small steps
*Record how many rounds you get in 30 mins
*each time you rest do 10 push-ups

 

B) Workout 2 (Partner Option):
Partner 1: One partner runs the big steps up and the small steps
Partner 2: Holds plank until partner one gets back

*Record how many rounds you get together in 30mins
