1 min stations/:30 sec transitions between

 

  1. Sideways ball slams (alt sides)
  2. Sled push
  3. Pull ups/ring rows
  4. DU/single unders
  5. DB Devils press

 

Fundamentals

 

A) Snatch

Working on progressions and technique primers.

 

B) Small strength session:

– OHS 5×5  (3 sec pause in each squat)

 

– Snatch balances 5×3 (3 pause in each squat)

 

– hang power snatch 1 rep, building to a decent weight with perfect technique
