*Between each set, 3 strict pull up w/ :03 eccentric

 

B. 5 Rounds for Time

5 Power Snatch (135/95)*

10 Box Jump (24/20)

10 Burpee Pull Up*

 

ADV: (155/105), 5 Muscle Up – You can mix and match if you are only able to do one advanced movement
