This coming week we will be testing out some lifts and workouts to establish some baselines for the next couple blocks of programming. Get excited! This is a great chance to see where you are and how you progress in our first full blocks of the new year. To give you a heads up on the lifts tested, it will be Monday-Back Squat, Wednesday-Bench Press, and Friday-Snatch. There will be conditioning test this week as well, but I can’t give you all the questions beforehand…
