Part C-

60s ea Lizard Stretch

60s ea Pigeon Stretch

60s ea Cactus Arm Pec Stretch (face down on ground, bend arm to 90 degree angle, roll over as much as possible)

60s Shoulder Opener (on knees, hands on box, drop chest down)
