*If you are new(ish) to this movement we will treat it as a skill where as we are taking this time to build to an appropriate weight to use for the WOD. If you have experience with this lift then we will build a certain rep scheme for you to follow.

Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.
Post rounds completed for each of the 5 cycles.
