Power Clean

*If you are new(ish) to this movement we will treat it as a skill where as we are taking this time to build to an appropriate weight to use for the WOD. If you have experience with this lift then we will build a certain rep scheme for you to follow.

 

WOD

“The Chief”

Max rounds in 3 minutes of:

3 Power Cleans (135#/95#)
6 Push-ups
9 Squats

Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.

Post rounds completed for each of the 5 cycles.

Join us this Friday night at 8pm over at the HighBall Lounge, located in the Theatre District of Boston. Music, Board Games, Dancing….good times!
