In teams of 2:

20 Thrusters

10 Burpees over bar

15 Thrusters

10 Burpees over bar

10 Thrusters

10 Burpees over bar

15 Thrusters

10 Burpees over bar

20 Thrusters

10 Burpees over bar

*One person per movement, But may switch after each set. Partner A does Thrusters and when finished, Partner B does the Burpees. 

 

Rest 5:00 then;

 

AMRAP 15

400m run

10 Wallballs

10 Kb Swings

*Partner A runs while Partner B performs 10 Wallballs and 10 Swings. Switch after each round.
