The Last Ride of the Three Amigos

Heroes never die.

 

*No push-ups today. For realsies. Get ready for Murph.

Part A-

Three Partner Teams

Partners rotate stations every time partner at Station A finishes. Score is total rounds completed at Stations B throughout the whole workout. Continue where the previous partner left off.

8 min AMRAP

Station A + B: Partner Wallballs (20/14) (Partners A + B alternate wallballs back and forth to each other)

Station C: 100m Run (When Partner C returns, rotate)

* Count Wallballs. If at any point the wallball touches the ground, all partners do 5 burpees.

-Rest 3 minutes-

8 min AMRAP

Station A: KB Front Rack Hold (50/35)

Station B: KB Farmer’s Carry Hold (50/35)

Station C: 20/15 Cal Row (When Partner C finishes, rotate)

*Count Calories. If at any point partner A loses the KB Front Rack or Partner B puts the KB’s down, partner C stops rowing and A + B do 5 burpees.

-Rest 3 minutes-

8 Min AMRAP

Station A + B: Buddy Jumps (Partner A holds a high plank, partner B jumps over them)

Station C: 50 DU/100 SU (When Partner C finishes, rotate)

*Count Jumps. If at any point partner A drops out of high plank, all partners do 5 burpees.
