Choose an appropriate number. Choose from- Small Kips, Banded Kipping Pull-up, Kipping Pull-up, C2B Pull-up, Butterfly Pull-up, Butterfly C2B Pull-up

Part B-

3 Position Power Clean (Above the Knee, Below the Knee, Floor)
5×1+1+1 @ 75%

Part C-

15 Min AMRAP

3 Hang Squat Cleans (135/95)

6 Pull-ups

9 Burpees
