Three Partner Teams

Partners rotate stations every time partner at Station A finishes. Score is total reps completed at Stations B throughout the whole workout.

8 Min AMRAP

Station A: 30 Cal Bike

Station B: 12 Wallballs (20/14) + 8 Ball Slams (50/30)

Station C: High Plank Hold

-Rest 4 minutes-

8 min AMRAP

Station A: 200m Run

Station B: 10 KB Swings (70/53) + 6 HSPU

Station C: Hollowbody Hold

-Rest 4 minutes-

8 min AMRAP

Station A: 100 DU

Station B: 8 Power Cleans (135/95) + 4 Muscle-ups

Station C: Side Plank (alt. sides every 20s)
