We’ve got something special planned for all of you. We’ve now been open for 3 months and the results of all of your hard work are undeniable. People are stronger. People are fitter. They are more mobile. With all of that in mind we’ve decided to up the ante a bit. While CrossFit training alone is powerful, when combined with diet and other healthy lifestyle choices it becomes a truly life-altering experience.
To that end, Starting on May 3rd, we will be forming a team to compete in the www.wholelifechallenge.com This is an 8 week competition based off of a point system that blends healthy diet habits with your training in a way that is guaranteed to see results. I know because I’ve done one myself and I’ve never felt better. Understand that this is a “Challenge” and you will be asked to change some of your habits and become mindful of the things you put into your body but I promise you that by the end you will have never felt better and you will feel transformed.
I might also add for vanity’s sake that this challenge ends right as, ahem, bathing suits season kicks into full swing! Here is a brief description of how the challenge works:
