Part A-

Double Under Skill Review

60s Bouncing on toes as high as possible

followed by-

6x 30s AMRAP DU : 30s Rest

Beginners- Practice appropriate drills.

Intermediate- Push for unbroken sets.

Advanced- Work on cycle time. Goal is 50 reps in 30s.

Part B-

Strict Press
4×6 @ ~70%

Part C-

5RFT:

30 Double Unders

5 Manmakers (40/25)

*Movement standard focus- locking out arms at top of push-up and top of thruster

Manmaker = Drop down, push-up, row right, push-up, row left, jump up, power clean, thruster.
