Programming Note: We will be commencing a short 3 week Hatch Squat Cycle starting this Tuesday. Many of you have done Hatch with us before and know how potent it can be for building strength. For each Hatch Session you will be both Back and Front squatting on the same day. We will be giving you percentages of your 1rm to work off. However, if you don’t know those numbers or if they’re not up to date, don’t worry about it at all. you can just work with the coach to establish a challenging session for yourself. If you are new to CFCC this is a great chance to build some baseline strength while working on proper technique. These are the Hatch Session dates, so you can plan around them.

15 minutes to complete 5 complexes of:
3 snatch grip deadlift+3 hang power snatch+3 overhead squat
