Select a level based on your ability:

Level 1

A1. Push Up

3×10-15 (box, level, hollow)

A2. Faux Chin Up (with controlled eccentric)

3×8-10

Level 2

A1. Strict Ring Dip

3×5-8

A2. Strict Chin Up

3×6-8 (Weighted if possible)

 

B. 2 Rounds

25 Cal Row

25 Deadlift (155/105)

25 Box Jump Step Down

25 Chest to Bar Pull-Up

 

C. Banded Lat Stretch

1:00-2:00/side
