4 High Box Jumps(85-90%)

4 Standing Broad Jumps

4 Overhead Medball Toss(each leg)

*this circuit should be performed for quality and speed

*RX and ADV athletes may sub depth jumps for the standing broad jumps

Part B:

Wendler’s Day 2

Deadlift

5-5-5-5+

*third set is the heaviest. Rest adequately and reduce by 10% of your 3rd set and do an AMRAP.

Part C:

30-20-10
