Deadlifts

3-3-3-3+

Part B:

For Time:

7 rounds

100ft Bear Crawl

1 Round of Cindy

*complete one back and forth of the bear crawl, then perform one round of Cindy.

*Cindy= 5 pullups+10 pushups+15 Air Squats

Part C:

60s Lizard(each side)

60s Pigeon(each side)

60s Frog

60s Seated Toe Touch(use band if necessary)

60s Puppy Dog
