Turkish Get-up

5-4-3-2-1(each arm)

*work up to your heaviest single for the last set

*superset with a set of max unbroken BW Chin-ups

Part B:

21-15-9

Front Squats(115/75)

Push Press

ADV: 135/95

Part C:

Accumulate 3 minutes in  the Hollow Hold
